Mango Minty Popsicles



MANGO MINTY POPSICLES
Ing: 
2 raw mangoes (preferably little riped)
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp jaljeera powder
3 tbsp sugar syrup (approximately)
1" piece ginger (optional)
Method:
1. Boil mangoes & extract its pulp.
2. Now blend the pulp , mint leaves & ginger together. Add jaljeera powder & sugar syrup. Add little water also. But not too much.
3. Now set in Kulfi moulds in freezer.

Note:
1. If mangoes are totally raw, need more sugar syrup.
