Mango Doi/ Mango Curd



MANGO DOI /MANGO CURD
Ing:
2 ripe mangoes
200 gms condensed milk
200 gms thick curd
Method: 
1. Peel & chop mangoes & make smooth puree in blender. Keep aside.
2. Now blend curd & condensed milk together. Add mango puree to it. Blend it again.

3. Now in pre - heat oven, at 100° c bake it till it sets. Keep an eye. It will take 10-15 mins approximately. 
4. After it sets, chill overnight in refrigerator. Garnish with mango slices or dry fruits.
5. Serve chilled.
