Stuffed besan cheela / Desi taco is a chickpea flour crepe from the Indian cuisine presented in the style of tacos from the Mexican cuisine. The crepes are stuffed with loads of veggies which bring with them lots of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The chickpea flour has a right balance of carbohydrates and proteins. The whole combination is a wholesome meal by itself and is any WEIGHT WATCHER’S delight!
Ingredients:
For the crepes ( 8-10 servings)
Chickpea flour ( 1½ cups)
Water(200ml)
Salt (¾ tsp)
Red chilli powder (½ tsp)
Coriander Powder(¾ tsp)
Garam Masala (½ tsp)
Carom Seeds(½ tsp)
Ginger Paste( 2 tsp)

For the stuffing:
Paneer(Indian Cottage Cheese made from 8 cups of milk)
Frozen/fresh corn( handful)
Frozen Peas(¼ cup)
Chopped Spinach(handful)
Mini Peppers(5-6 no.)
Salt (¾ tsp)
Red Chilli Powder (½ tsp)
Garam Masala (½ tsp)
Coriander Powder (½ tsp)
Chaat Masala(optional)
Oil/Cooking Spray to make crepes
