CHEESE ALOO PURI
2 Potatoes ( boiled & mashed)
8 tbsp All purpose flour
100 gms. Grated cheese
1 tbsp. Chilly paste
2 tbsp. Finely chopped coriander
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
1. In big vessel mix all ingredients & prepare dough without adding water.
2. Now heat oil in frying pan on medium heat.
3. Now divide dough in small parts & roll small puris & fry it.
4. Serve hot with tea, curd, chutney or pickle, as you wish.
