Ingredients: For 5 parathas
For the yellow dough
Whole wheat flour ( little more than 3/4 cup)
water (half the quantity of flour)
Oil (1 tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Red chilly powder(1/3 tsp)
Coriander powder (1/2 tsp)
Garam masala (1/2 tsp)
Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)

For the green dough
Whole wheat flour (3/4 tsp)
Spinach puree (1/2 cup) (2 1/2 cup spinach boiled in 1/2 cup water and blended)
Oil (1 tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Red chilly powder (1/3 tsp)
Coriander powder(1/2 tsp)
Garam masala( 1/2 tsp)
Kasoori methi ( 1 heaped tsp, crushed between the palms)

For making parathas
Desi ghee( Clarified butter) ( as required)
Wheat flour ( as required)
