INGREDIENTS:

Recipe make 12-14 cupcakes

Red Velvet Cupcakes:

180 grams (1-1/3cups) All Purpose Flour
10 grams (4 tsp) Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
200 grams(1 cup) Granulated Sugar
240ml (1 cup) Buttermilk ( or 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp Vinegar)
120 ml (1/2 cup) Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Red Gel colour
1/2 tbsp White Vinegar

Cream Cheese Frosting:


225 grams Philadelphia Cream Cheese Block
150 grams Unsalted Butter (Room temprature but not dripping soft, it should be firm enough to hold its shape)
300 grams Icing/Confectioner/Powdered Sugar (Sifted)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract


1cup = 240ml
tbsp = tablespoon
tsp = teaspoon
