Egg/Paneer bhurjee is a side dish in Indian cuisine that is always made dry. Here is a newer version of this in a curry, making this a lip-smacking main entree!!

Ingredients:
For gravy:
Onion (chopped) (1 cup)
Tomato (chopped) (1 cup)
Ginger-garlic paste (1tbsp)
Water (as required)
Oil (2 tbsp)
Ghee (2 tsp)
Cumin seeds (2 tsp)
Turmeric powder (1/3 tsp)
Coriander Powder (¾ tsp)
Red Chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Salt (3/4 tsp)
Garam Masala ( 1/3 tsp)
Kasoori Methi (2tsp)
Green Peas ( 2tbsp)
Heavy whipping Cream (2 tbsp)

For egg bhurjee, 3 eggs

For Paneer Bhurjee: 250 gm paneer (crumbled into bite-size pieces)
Salt (1/3 tsp or as per taste)
