Low Carb Chicken Malai Tikka Boti Without Oven/tandoor



A very low carb chicken that is super easy to make and very delicious
Ing:
2 lbs chicken breast cut in 1 inch cubes
1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
2 tbsp crushed green chillies
1 1/2 tbsp cumin and coriander powder
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
salt to taste
1 1/2 cup of yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
bamboo sticks soaking in water
Method:
Cut and clean the chicken and start the marination by adding the ginger and garlic, green chutney, cumin and coriander powder, salt, lemon pepper which is optional, and yogurt. Mix all these ingredients really well until it is combined well, thread it on the skewers and put it in the refrigerator. After 30 min grill them in an outdoor or indoor grill depending on how you want to make it!
