How To Make Raita Or A Yogurt Condiment For Pilaf Or Biryani With Raihana's Cuisines

Onions thinly sliced
Carrots shredded or slivered
Cucumbers peeled, deseeded and chopped
Coriander leaves chopped fine
1 Lemon juiced
salt per your taste
2 to 3 tbsp yogurt
Mix everything well and do a taste test and serve with any rice dish!
