Bimbla is one of the famous fruits found in abundance in Goa. About 4-5 inches in length, Greenish in color, sour in taste bimbla can be used in daily cooking. To prepare this raita or what we Goans call it sasav, we just need to boil these fruits and grind it using coconut and tempering. While grinding, jaggery is added which balances the sourness of this sasav. Very quick and easy recipe to make which at least my family loves any time.
