Homemade Fried Chicken With Raihana's Cuisines



This is a delicious chicken that is super not only finger licking good but is very easy to make at home.
Ing:
2 whole chicken cut and cleaned
1.5 tsp of fresh ginger and garlic
1.5 tsp of Sambal chili garlic sauce
salt to taste
1.5 tsp of lemon pepper to taste (optional)
1 tbsp black pepper
Method:
In the same bowl you have your clean and cut chicken add all the marinate ingredients and let it marinate at least 20 min or over night. Heat about 2 to 3 cups of oil and start frying the chicken by covering it for the first 15 min then uncover and cook for 5 min more making sure to pull the ones that are done out and once all of them have a good color on them go ahead and put them on a paper towel for the access oil comes out on the paper towel. Sprinkle some cajun or lemon pepper on the cooked chicken and enjoy with any sides you want to make!
