Delicious Homemade Chicken Fry Recipe With Raihana's Cuisines



A super delicious chicken that has a lot of flavor and very easy to make.
Ing;
2 whole chicken cut in 8 pieces and cleaned
5 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup corn starch
1.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
2 tsp of mango powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tsp kashnmiri red chili powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 egg
4 tbsp any chicken 65 powder
Method:
In the cleaned chicken put some slits in it, this way all the marination will be get into the chicken, next put all the ingredients in the chicken and massage the ingredients in it and marinate for at least 25 min. In a big wok add about 3 cups of oil, once the oil comes to temperature test it by adding a small piece if it bubbles then it's ready to fry. Add enough spices in the oil making sure you don't over crowd the pan. Cook this chicken for 7 min covered, turn the pieces and cook the chicken for another 5 min uncovered. Remove the chicken and place them on a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Sprinkle the chicken with some lemon pepper. This chicken can be served with roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes.
