Crispy and tasty finger food that will be the star of the party. You can never make enough, this are supper addicting.
2 cups oil for frying
20 to 25 large shrimp that has been cleaned
Leave the tail on the shrimp
10 egg roll wrappers that are cut crossways so it looks like a triangle
1 tsp fresh ginger and garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce (sambal)
Glue paste needed to seal the wrapper
2 tbsp white flour
enough water to mix (should look like glue paste)
2 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (sambal)
You want to start by marinating the shrimp by adding all the marinating ingredients to the shrimp, keep aside. Mix the water and flour and make the glue and keep that aside. Combine the sauce ingredients and keep that aside as well. Let's Start assembling these by releasing the main muscle under the shrimp so it is staring and easy to fill in the wrapper. Follow the stuffing and folding of the samosa from the above video and seal them with the white paste that we had made earlier. Roll and wrap all the shrimp and fry in a med hot oil until golden brown.
