WINTER SPECIAL!! Whole wheat flour laddoos are an energy booster and keep you warm during the cold winter months. A traditional sweet that is made in almost every Indian household, with each family having its own recipe! I have shared a few tips in the video to enhance the taste of these laddoos.
You could store these in an air-tight container, and keep it on the kitchen shelf. NO need to refrigerate. These will taste good for several months.

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour ( 1 and 3/4 cup)
Besan/ chickpea flour ( 1/3 cup)
Ghee ( 1 cup)
Sugar ( 1/2 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp)
Almonds (1/2 cup)
Cashew nuts ( 1/3 cup)
Edible gum ( 1/4 cup)
Melon seeds/magaz ( 1/8 cup)

* Add quantity of dry fruit and sugar as per choice. Use ghee anywhere between 3/4 cup to 1 cup, as per choice
