Falooda Sev is a type of vermicelli or string hoppers that is widely used in Indian desserts. With the right tools and some practice, these can be very easily made at home with very few ingredients. Take your desserts like Rabdi falooda, ice cream falooda, kulfi falooda, parfaits, fruit cream and custards a notch higher with falooda sev.
Corn starch/corn flour/arrow root (1/2 cup)
Water (2 cup+ for setting the sev)
Food color (optional, few drops)
